Dear Parents and Pupils of Rang a cúig agus Rang a sé,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and efforts you have shown in the last month. You are all doing fantastic work at a time I know is challenging. Thank you for sharing your lovely prayers this week and also for uploading all of your GAA challenges.
Please find below the plan of work for Week 4 - 1st - 5th February 2021. As always, if you have any questions/ concerns please contact me through Seesaw or via email at niamhc@stoliverplunkettns.com. Homework is also outlined on Seesaw from Monday morning. Caroline and I will upload a Fun Friday activity for you to try during the week.
You smashed the 7,000 daily step challenge so I was thinking of increasing it to 8,000 this week as the evenings are getting that bit longer.
I would like to remind those who have yet to complete the Spellings for me to continue to do so this week. We will be starting the book this week. Everyone will have box 1. These have been sent via email as a pdf to print or you could write your learning words in the box in the book (top of page of new unit). We will be beginning Unit 9 of your book this week and it will include 2 silly sentences per day (Draw a picture/ write a silly sentence/ write word by covering) and one activity.
There will also be another zoom call on Friday at 10.00am. I will send out the link an hour beforehand.
This is an example of how you may decide to structure the learning this week. It is not prescriptive, do what works best for your family at your own discretion and work around your own schedule.
Have a lovely weekend,
Ms. Colleran
