Our friends from Boston Scientific called
in to school again today to check on our progress with our pedometers. We have
been keeping our step count records over the past six weeks, we added up all
these results to see how far we have walked. We presented our results to the
members of Boston Scientific. To mark this fantastic success we were presented
with a plaque from Boston Scientific. They also presented the school with a 500
euro voucher for PE equipment to show their appreciation for all the hard work
the pupils had put into the event. Thanks again for all the support from Boston
Scientific, the pupils really enjoyed the challenge, became more active and
even worked on some maths skills calculating their step count.
Well done to all the pupils.
