Law of the Lever 2018

We had great fun in Science today applying the Law of the Lever We used our pencils as the fulcrum and we lifted up our readers. Ms Treacy gave us 4 coins per group and we lifted 3 coins on one side with one coin on the other by applying the Law of the Lever. We worked as scientists then and we carried out lots of experiments. We went to the outdoor classroom and we got a long, strong plank and a log. We asked Mr Hickey to help us. We used the Law of the Lever to lift Mr Hickey!!! Thank you for being a great sport.
