Dress Rehearsal For Famine Plays 2017

We worked in groups to write a script about the Great Famine in Ireland. We typed up the scripts on google docs. We  printed out the scripts and we learned our lines. We had to choose our costumes at  home. We made props in art class to enhance our plays. We went to the centre today to do a dress rehearsal to prepare for the plays tomorrow. First, second, third , fourth and 5th classes are coming to see perform our plays. They are on in the centre at 1.45 pm tomorrow the 9th of March. This is a big project and it gives the children an opportunity to write a script, act in and produce a play. They have worked very hard to produce the plays over the past few weeks.
Break a leg 5th and 6th class!
