We Learned About Revolutions Through Drama.
We are learning all about the American War of Independence and the French Revolution at school in History. We had great fun in Drama class acting out the Boston Tea Party and the executions on the Guillotine. Drama is a great way to remember historical facts.
We acted out Paul Revere's ride through the night to warn the colonists that the Red Coats were coming.
We acted out the Boston Tea Party. We dressed up like Mohawk Native Americans. We love dressing up in 5th and 6th class.
The captain of the Dartmouth is so relieved when he sees land. His delight turns to astonishment when his precious cargo of 342 chests of tea are thrown into Boston harbour! He is not a happy bunny!
